Specific client requirements
The client envisioned a green, welcoming destination that would increase visitor appeal, promote sustainability, and integrate natural elements into the commercial footprint. Eco Garden Construct was tasked with delivering a landscape that enhances air quality, supports biodiversity, and contributes to overall well-being—all while reinforcing the site’s commercial appeal and property value.
Project highlights
- Tree and shrub planting:
- 144 alignment trees (diameter 14–16 cm)
- 500 junipers and 200 Prunus laurocerasus
- 200 ornamental plants (including Pinus nigra, Photinia fraseri, Euonymus) for terrace landscaping
- 7 Robinia pseudoacacia (black locust trees, 14–16 cm diameter)
- Relocation of 13 mature trees to preserve existing vegetation
- Slope stabilisation:
- 600 m² reinforced with geogrid and Cotoneaster planting for soil stability
- Efficient irrigation system:
- Irrigation covering 2,900 m², supplied via a well and collection basin
- Lawn installation:
- 1,900 m² roll turf with full soil preparation and topsoil layering
- 2,000 m² hydroseeded grass areas for gradual coverage and resilience
- Lake regeneration and enhancement:
- Cleaning and ecological restoration of a 250 m² lake, including sand substrate, geotextile, waterproof membrane, and a geiser-type water recirculation pump
